THE HCG DIET

HCG Diet – First Two Days

Start taking our premium grade HCG Natural Weightloss drops but do so 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after drinking or eating. Follow the directions on the bottle.
For these first two days it is really important to eat everything that is high in fat and enjoy yourself eating anything you want to! This will help you lose weight fast when you start the low calorie phase of Grame’s Eating Plan.
Try and use natural products on your skin as your skin is the largest organ in your body and it will absorb any oil and fat through it into the blood stream. Check out the labels on your cosmetics too.
Make sure you drink up to 3 litres of water each day.

Third Day and Following Days

After using the toilet each morning weigh yourself without clothes and record your daily weight. Take our premium Natural Weightloss Drops as instructed on the bottle 15 minutes before drinking or eating.
All the following are outlined in detail in our eating plan:

Breakfast
Fruit – coffee or teawater

Lunch and Dinner: Food Allowed
You are allowed two meals a day only with one choice of either fresh New Zealand lean protein, vegetables, fruit or carbohydrates as listed in our detailed eating plan.

Protein
Lean New Zealand meat either chicken, beef, lean pork, venison and any fish but no salmon is to be eaten. One egg and three egg whites. Cottage Cheese which is fat-free.
Grill your meat and use no oil or fat to cook with. Seasonings allowed are: salt (sparingly) black pepper, apple cider vinegar and also lemon is great for dressing salads and seasoning your food.

Healthy Diet Fruit
Fresh New Zealand Strawberries, apples, oranges or grapefruit
Vegetables
New Zealand fresh power Vegetables can be steamed or served raw from the following: spinach, chard or silverbeet, chicory or endive, any green salad lettuces, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini. Vegetables can be steamed, boiled lightly or raw. Also you can grill them but no added fat or oil. Tomatoes are great to have grilled and so tasty!. No carrots or potatoes.
Pork You are allowed sticks of grissini bread which is available from delicatessens or the Supermarket cheap as around $6! or use the Kiwi alternatives as listed in my detailed eating plan and approved by Dr Monical Lewis.

Stevia Natural Sweetner
You are allowed to have this instead of sugar and is available from the Supermarket or Health Shop.

Himalayan Harvest Natural Mineral or Rock Salt
This is a natural source of over 84 minerals and trace elements including natural iodine, calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, Silica and Selenium that are essential for maintaining good health and part of my eating plan.

Helpful Information

At the start of Graeme’s Eating Plan when you are taking our Premium Natural Weightloss Drops do not consume alcohol as a relatively small quantity of alcohol produces intoxication. Also it is very high in calories. You can continue taking any other current prescribed medications unless you are advised not to by your Doctor.
While you are on Graeme’s Jordan’s HCG Natural Weightloss Program you need to keep to the foods listed and be strict. If it is not on the eating plan don’t eat it! Simple! It is only for a short time and just take it day by day and the results will be well worth it. You will have fun shopping for clothes to fit the new you.

Exercise

It is not necessary to exercise while you are on our Program but it will make you feel good to get out and have a walk for half an hour each day if you can. But if you experience hunger then cut back on any exercise. Over exercising will cause the body to go into starvation mode and hold onto fat.

Fluctuations in Weight Loss

StrawberriesAfter the fourth or fifth day of dieting the daily loss of weight begins to decrease to 0.4 kilos or less due to urinary output. Men often continue to lose more regularly but women are more irregular even in spite of faultless dieting. For women there may be no drop in two or three days and then a sudden loss which re-establishes the normal average. These fluctuations are entirely due to variations in the retention and elimination of water which are more in women than in men.
